We try to choose the closest substitute of the similar value, when specified item is not available. We reserve the right to change a specific flowers, flower colour, basket, vase, soft toy, wrapping paper, fruits, cake, and wine in the event of market unavailability to ensure your order arrives on time.

Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will make certain that the style or the appearance of the arrangement as shown in catalogue will be maintained.

 

Deliver Hour : 9.00am - 7.00pm

All deliveries will be made on the same day for orders received before 1:00 PM (Malaysia time), otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day. Orders will be entertained on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Delivery on the same day is possible provided we are given some time allowing for the arrangement. However, we will try to accommodate to the delivery time as per requested by customers. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If the recipient is unreachable at the time of delivery, we may inform the sender or contact recipient (if contact number of recipient is stated in the order form) to re-arrange the delivery time.

Delivery Fee will be charge for the following area:

  • RM15 for Teluk Gumbar, Getar Sangguh, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang
  • RM25 for Butterworth
  • RM30 for Bukit Mertajam, Kepala Batas
  • RM35 for Nibong Tebal

Please add the according delivery charges into the Order Form.

Out Station Delivery Fee is negotiable.

 

Order is possible for places out of Negeri Pulau Pinang (Penang), and even out of Malaysia. Where we can achieved assistance of our allied florist in the respective zone.

 

Prices of certain item shown in this catalogue are not valid for certain occasions. Example: Roses in Valentine's Day and Carnation in Mother's Day. Prices for these items will be announced one week prior to the celebrations
